Jill: You’ll never believe what just happened, Ross just totally blew me off and he didn’t even tell me why!
Rachel: Oh well. Y’know what honey? The best thing to do to get over a guy is to start dating someone else.
Oh! There is this great guy you will love at work named Bob!
He’s a real up-and-comer in Human Resources.

Rachel: Jill this is not about me being jealous of you! This is about you being a brat! Wanting what you can’t have!
Jill: Can’t have?! Excuse me, the only thing I can’t have is dairy!

blew me off blow ～ off は～をキャンセルすること。
get over～ ～を忘れて 立ち直る。
Thank you for cheer me up. 励ましてくれてありがとう
not ～ enough 十分に～でない、という表現。
例） I am not hungry enough ( to eat.)
お腹が十分に空いてない。
the way I dress 直訳で私が服を着る仕方で「私の服装」と言う意味。
Because I asked him to. 文の一番後ろにtoがついてくるのは、toの後にcanceled the dateが隠れているため。
You had me doubting 私に疑わせといて
「have ～・・・ing」 ～に・・・させる
You have no right to tell me what to do. あんたにそんなこと言われる筋合いないわ、という決まり文句。
brat ガキ、生意気、小僧、いたずらっこという意味。
最後にRachelが Wanting what you can’t have! 「ダメなものを欲しがってるってことよ！」といいJillが the only thing I can’t have is dairy!「私がダメなのは乳製品だけよ！」とケンカしながらジョークを言ってます。
have himは 彼を手に入れること、
I can't have dairy. は乳製品が苦手、食べられないと言う意味ですが
どちらもhaveを使っています。
